ABOUT

Jenny has dedicated most of her 19 years practicing law exclusively to criminal defense.  She has defended hundreds of clients in everything from traffic offenses to serious felonies.  Jenny vigorously fights for her clients' rights in order to achieve the best possible outcome in each case.  She works to ensure that clients know all options available to them and helps them figure out the best strategy in every situation.

Prior to opening her current practice, Jenny supervised an office of more than 10 criminal defense attorneys.  She has also worked as a law clerk at the Montana Supreme Court and has experience representing clients in civil matters.  She is admitted to practice law in the Montana Supreme Court, Montana District Courts, Montana Municipal, City, and Justice Courts, and U.S. Federal Court for the District of Montana.

Jenny grew up in Helena and graduated from Capital High School.  She earned her college degree at Oberlin College in Ohio before returning to Montana for law school at the University of Montana.  Helena is her home, where she lives with her husband and kids.  She enjoys snowboarding, camping, and spending time at the lake with her family.
